Fair Street Guest House

We loved our stay at the Fair Street B&B - Denise is a wonderful inn keeper. She thinks of all the details to make your stay special. Our room was very clean, well curated and comfortable. The gardens and the rest of the inn were charming and well kept. We especially enjoyed the sitting area outside amongst the mature trees and rose bushes. The location is in the heart of the "happening" area with parking. This made our overnight in Newport easy and stress-free - leaving us more time to explore. We look forward to returning to Newport and staying at the Fair Street! Thank you, Denise!

Had an amazing stay at Fair Street B&B. Very clean and well taken care of. Denise was lovely and her cooking is amazing. Its located in the heart of Midtown Newport and walking distance from pretty much everything.

Wow! What a great location to visit the main street of Newport. There are so many historical sites to visit within just a few blocks of this B&B. If history isn't your cup of tea, there are plenty of local shops to explore ( bring your sneakers it's a lot of walking ). If you are hungry and want to experience the night life, Denise's B&B is the best location you will find, it is close to all the great restaurants and local pubs. My husband and I were pleased with the location, and the rooms were very comfortable and extremely clean. We also had a private bath, that was a nice perk. Breakfast was a true delight. Denise gives you a choice for breakfast... eggs, pancakes, waffles, fresh fruit, along with coffee, and juices. The breakfast was delightful! Denise is also a wealth of information

Such a cute B&B! We stayed for two nights and had a fabulous stay! The B&B itself is super quaint and cozy. It's kept immaculately clean and welcoming. We stayed in room B and it was the perfect size for us! Denise is such a great host and makes a delicious breakfast, made-to-order. I will be recommending this B&B to everyone that will be visiting Newport and will be returning myself!

This privately run 4 bedroom guest house should look at their guest comments when they register that’s why they asked them for the information. I said I couldn’t climb stairs. There were 10 really steep steps to get into the building and I almost didn’t make it up to my room which required a whole flight of at least 20 steps. This description should be in the marketing materials. It wasn’t just an inconvenience and a discomfort to me that I couldn’t climb the stairs. It was a safety issue.
