Fajita Pete's - Las Colinas

My team and I have now ordered catering from this location multiple times, and it is always an absolute hit. The food is delicious, and the staff is very friendly. Today when I picked up our order, one of the staff members actually walked the large box out to my car for me. Service is unmatched! Thank you Fajita Pete Las Colinas team!

Enjoyed first visit to Fajita Pete’s. The shrimp fajitas were delicious. The price was fair for the quality of food and the price. Limited dine in options with two tables and not outdoor seating.

Fajita Pete’s is absolutely delicious every single time! We have had them cater numerous events from Luncheons to our Golf Tournament and we receive so many compliments on their food! Amazing fajitas, the beef and chicken were seasoned well and cooked perfectly, the rice and refried beans completed the meal. I loved that they made fresh corn tortillas. Definitely ordering from here again!

I went here for lunch and unfortunately had a pretty disappointing experience. I ordered ahead, and the app said my food would be ready by 11:45, but it wasn’t actually ready until more than 20 minutes after I arrived. The place seemed overwhelmed with large orders and didn’t feel very organized, which made the wait even more frustrating especially since this was a lunch break and I had to be back at a certain time. So even if you place a to-go order, be aware the pickup time might not be accurate. As for the food, it just wasn’t good. I ordered three meals. I had the enchiladas, and they were dry with barely any sauce. Definitely not worth the long wait.
