Got several flavor of the by the slice. This is great pizza place. Great service. Fresh by the slice pizza. Not the New York or Chicago style. Closer to a Detroit style. Good chew on the crust with a nice sauce that's not too sweet. Would definitely recommend and will be returning again.
The thing I loved most about my experience with Falbo's pizza is that my friend and I enjoyed the ground beef pizza a lot. When we were there the beef wasn't processed beef. It was real true ground beef and that's a rarity in most pizzarias. I don't if it's still like that since I haven't had their pizza in a minute but when we did have it, the beef was very high quality and everything else involving the pizza was top notch too.
The Falzone is our absolute favorite. This is Falbos version of a calzone. No big breadstick knot on the edge. Falbos is wrapped under. Making like a giant, delicious, hot pocket. Cheeand goodies from end to end.
Ordered a thin crust pepperoni and sausage pizza, a stuffed sausage pizza, ranch, and a chocolate and peanut butter cake. The pizza was good. It was best hot and fresh but made decent leftovers. The cake was not my favorite. It was a little over sweet, like it had too much sugar and not enough flavor to back it up. My main complaint would be 50 cents for a half ounce container of ranch is a bit ridiculous imo. I would order again.
First time ever at Fabio’s and honestly pretty annoyed. I asked for a specific slice, and the guy gave me an extra slice I didn’t ask for and charged me for it. About 30 seconds later, my friends walk in, ask for the exact same slices, and suddenly those same slices are “old” and get handed to them for free. So let me get this straight — the slices were fine when you sold them to me, but magically “too old” half a minute later when my friends ordered? That makes no sense. Either be consistent or don’t try to play people. Food was fine, but the way this was handled left a bad first impression.
