I’m ecstatic that Escondido gets to be the lucky home of this wonderful restaurant!!! FallbackEats has excellently mastered the balance between simplicity and uniqueness. The menu is short and sweet, yet the food dynamic and multi-dimensional…how can you beat that?! The people are so kind, with phenomenal service. They put all their heart and soul into this food, and you can absolutely taste it! PS, the Korean Taco is literally the best item I’ve food I’ve had in months (and EASILY the best taco I’ve ever had). PLEASE try it (especally if you catch them on a $2 Taco Tuesday)!!!

They are so nice here! My kids love it because they always offer to put on a disney movie for them. I love it because it's healthy, fast, my kids like the chicken tacos, and the Mahi tacos are amazing!! So happy to have a healthy food spot nearby. Plus...you can't beat $2 tacos!!

Wow I was super impressed by this place. The tacos were incredible, and just an unbeatable taco Tuesday deal. I’m still thinking about those tacos a few days later. And the lemonade comes with an edible sugar cane straw, which was really fun and delicious (& sustainable!). the staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this place!! I’ll be back soon 😄

I love their chicken cilantro tacos and Korean steak tacos! I also get their rosemary fries, everything is so good! Great service and cute/ unique setup inside. I try to stop by once a week, It’s worth it.
