Sadly have had nothing but bad experiences with this company on the logistical side as they seem to be the only game in town the delivers for harbor freight via a contract with Ryder as I’ve been told and that I have no other option if I want free shipping . The most recent issue sparked today was the fact they seem to lack any communication with the businesses they pick up from that “require” forklift loading . Was told they were on location around 830am at harbor freight and I confirmed that with the management but was told they never called ahead to pick up from that location and were told they didn’t have the staffing and to come back in 30 and my delivery window was 9-12 that morning they decided not to wait or return within any time frame that would accommodate my window of delivery

I ordered a riding lawn mower from greenworks and paid these idiots for white glove delivery, what they did was call me to tell me they were coming on a certain day and i asked to make sure that it was white glove and make sure everything was put together and lady on the phone said yea. Window was from 12:30 to 3:30, they didnt call to tell me they were coming at 5, when they got there the rude idiot with the long curly hair wanted to just drop and go and when i confronted him he told me then ill put it together if you got an attitude, no bro i paid for it thats why i got an attitude! So then i told him to take it back and he got mad and left it on my lawn in pieces. Would not give me a bosses number and told me there was nobody to talk to. I wonder how many other people pay their hard ear

An FMS driver in a fly-by-night Enterprise rental truck blocked my driveway for nearly an hour while delivering an item to my neighbor. I'm confused that someone would even need to be told not to block a driveway for that long. I guess that tells you everything you need to know about the company.

They don't even deserve a star they are the worst company ever.THESE BIG corpaoration working with this moving services when they don't even care about customer service.THE worst is i didn't even make business with them the company that i decided to buy my furniture from use these provider when they have no type of customer service skill at all very unprofessional.
