Family Chicken and Waffles Seafood and Soulfood

I was seriously impressed! Most spots lose their touch over time, but the food here is top-tier. I ordered the catfish combo with mango habanero wings—portions were huge and the price was right. I’ll be back often to try everything else on the menu!

I took out a small fried shrimp platter this evening and oh my gods. It was everything I was looking for. They definitely bread the shrimp themselves, and it usually comes with 4 sides: Mac n cheese, collard greens, sweet potato, and corn bread. They switched me out the collards for extra Mac (I don’t eat meat) and I'm so glad they did because the Mac n cheese is YUMMMMYYYYYY!!! The entire plate was delicious and filling. I will definitely be coming back! 🙌🏻

The RED VELVET WAFFLE and Chicken is the absolute hands down best thing in the whole state of PA!!!! Love this place! You can’t go wrong though with anything you order! They are from my hometown of Newark NJ!! IYKYK Brick City Stand up! They reppin hard for us!!!! XO

Everything was absolutely delicious. The hardest part was deciding what we wanted to eat. We actually got a separate order to go after dining in because the food was so good. It was well worth the hour drive

Best chicken and waffles i have EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! we were in a summer roadkill from Mississippi to Boston and came here in my sons bday. 100 out of 10! The owners are so extreamly kind and welcoming. We really needed that refill on that long trip and this place was wonderful surprise stop!
