Family Drive-In

Today I got the beef teriyaki and it was very disappointing. Payed $17.00 for an over filled box of rice and lettuce because the meat looks like scrap shavings. They added A lot of teriyaki sauce to make the rice look like it was more covered with meat than it actually was also the beef taste like it was cooked in straight salt. I’ll stick to the burger basket with fries here.

This is such a good burger spot! We just went here for the first time and two great burgers. All of the ingredients were fresh and the burgers were cooked perfectly. The fries and onion rings nice and crispy. The folks working there were super nice. Will definitely be back!

My kid and I were headed to a Tacoma Starz game and were a little early, so we decided to look for something to eat. I am pleased that I made the turn onto the road they are located at. The cashier super friendly, polite and helpful with ordering as it was our first visit there. After we ordered he gave us a little notification device to let us know when the food was ready, being as seating is very limited we went back to the truck to wait. Withing 10-15 minutes our pager notified us our food was ready. Went in and the same gentleman was finishing making our drinks, and had individually bagged each combo (Big Cheese & Bacon Cheeseburger) And ensured everything was right being I had customized my toppings. I haven't been here in years. It's probably different owners now but food is still delicious. Brings back good memories :) And I absolutely love their special fry sauce. Made my day!

I used to come to this place all the time growing up, brought my daughter here to enjoy what used to be the best burgers and milkshakes around. As you can see from the photos, no longer true. We waited 45 min in a run down part of Kent. My daughter loves mozzarella sticks and wouldn’t even finish these ones. You can tell the fryer oil has not been changed in some time, even the fries were bad. The burgers were not even close to 1/4 lbs or 1/2 lbs also they were burnt and I the lettuce was rotten on my mushroom burger. The only good thing was the banana shake my daughter had ordered. For close to $52 including tip I expected a whole lot more than this. Sad to say I think it’s time for this place to close shop.
