A jewel hidden in plain site. I arrived at 7:30 and the gentlemen behind the counter immediately took my order. I received a very nice greeting from the chef. His goodness of spirit is found in the food. I sat down at one of the wooden tables. I was the only one the dining room until a couple other people came in after 10 minutes. The staff was very accommodating gets extra rice at one customers request. I ordered from the menu when first greeted. I went with Murgh Makhani better known as Butter Chicken. This is a beloved dish for me. It is the chicken parmasan indicator of Indian food. It usually consists of marinated chicken cooked in a creamy, tomato-based gravy. The chicken is typically tandoor-cooked, giving it a slightly smoky flavor, and then simmered in a rich, buttery sauce made

I pointed out what I wanted for an order on the menu because the workers don't understand a lot of times. Yesterday was horrible. I walked out without the food as it was not what I ordered. Chicken saag, but I don't know what it was, it definitely wasn't chicken saag. The paneer butter Marsala was paneer tikka Marsala. I'm tired of the people making mistakes. I would not recommend this restaurant unless they can understand what you want. I just don't see how there's mistakes when you point what you want out on the menu.

This is a very nice and clean place. Has all sorts Asian, Bangladeshi, Indian, Arabian, Cape Verdean, protuguese and Central American Groceries. And halal beef, goat, lamb meat and all kinds of fish and seafood, Tropical Fruits all kinds of produces the owner was very kind and helpful person. There was also a restaurant in the shop.The foods great and the service was also good, restrooms were also clean. Overall it Was a great experience

Incredible food, incredibly kind and attentive service, great prices and excellent portions. The grocery is very well stocked and the operators are more than happy to give advice on how best to use ingredients at home. This is where I will always be coming for my spices, they also have a great selection of fresh and frozen fish, many varieties of which I've never seen elsewhere. The best part however is the restaurant, the flavors are perfectly balanced within each dish I've tried, and portions are very large, usually enough for me to eat for lunch and dinner! It bears mentioning I'm also a long term fan of Krispy Krunchy chicken, and have been missing the old location in Freetown I used to frequent. The chicken at this location is the best I've had for quality and freshness at any KKC loc
