Famous Eddie's Hot Dogs

The food here lifts my mood even on tough days. This location feels right for the concept. Their kitchen prioritizes made-to-order cooking. The team handles service efficiently and politely. This restaurant creates an inviting character.

The first thing I did after getting off at Moynihan Train Hall was walk right over to Eddies Hot Dog stand and I gave him a big strong hand shake. Eddie has been doing this for over 35 years and you can definitely taste the love he puts into his dogs. We bought 3 Full house dogs and let me tell you what... It was sloppy (in a great way) full of flavor, all you would want and more from a NYC dirty water dog! If you go to NY Please take the time out of your day to eat one of Eddies wieners. This man is a local treasure keep him safe and protect him at all cost! Love you Eddie see you next year.

Visited Eddie after seeing on Chris NYC Hotdog stands, Eddie is a legend, great quality hotdogs and super reasonable price, def recommend. Was great to chat to Eddie sharing a bit of his story, NYC icon 👍🏻

Flew in from Florida for a convention. Knew I had to try a hot dog made by Eddie. Very excellent value and Eddie is a very genuine and hardworking soul. He recommended a fully loaded dog and it was fantastic. Will definitely visit again when I find myself in New York.

Ah man. This was such a great hot dog!!! I’m so glad we took the time to seek Eddie out after reading about him in the paper. He’s a lovely guy, we had a little chat and he talked us through which the best dogs to buy were. I went for the chilli cheese and drowned it in Eddies home made ‘Fire’ hot sauce. I regret nothing! Strongly recommend taking the time to find this store and get yourself and absolute banger of a lunch :)
