Famous Toastery Keagy Village

I went to lunch with a girlfriend of mine, and we just had the best time. I love their approach to service at this restaurant instead of having one server at a table, every server when available checks on the customers, it’s so efficient! That’s not even the reason for this post… of course the food is always fantastic and the drinks! But I unwittingly left my purse with all my cash and a ton of credit cards. I didn’t realize it until the following day I called and of course they had it untouched everything as it should be. I’m just so thankful and so impressed It’s rare nowadays to have this type of experience on top of the restaurant itself just being phenomenal. I will be a forever customer. Thank you!! 🤍🤍🤍

We eat here pretty often. It’s so nice to find a place that can accommodate my husband who has celiacs. He has never been glutened here as they have a pretty great protocol. The staff are sooooo friendly and knowledgeable. We love coming here on Saturdays. My favorite is the avocado toast with cucumber salad! I also love to get the “kiss of the Irish coffee”. Trust me you can’t go wrong here between the staff and the amazing food selection!

I was hoping the drive to this place was worth it. Coffee was great. I ordered the special French toast sandwich. My fiance ordered the breakfast quesadilla with breakfast potatoes. The staff were friendly and attentive. The place was very clean and busy. However the food was very bland. It was good, but not a place id go out of my way to visit again. The seating, I was informed, wasn't very comfortable. Was hoping to be impressed.

I went with a close friend. Parking was chaotic at 9am. We waited less than 30min for a table but soon after we arrived the place was packed with folks waiting. The atmosphere was very loud and bustling. The server that greeted us was a little sarcastic. When I asked what was ordered more commonly or recommended he answered abruptly and with attitude “I mean, anything.” I could have sworn there was even an eye roll. They rotate servers so you don’t really get the same server except when it’s time to leave. We did not get checked on frequently. We were not offered refills on coffee or alternative beverages. Y’all…this is the sweetest place with the kindest and most attentive staff. My belly is full with good food and my coffee is hot and delicious. If you don’t eat here (and often), what are you even doing? The music is fun and from my generation too (Gen X). I’m at least 30 years older than most of the staff here and I couldn’t have been taken care of better. I’m not gonna name names because multiple people came to my table to check on me so all this is a collaborative effort and a lesson in good customer service. BRAVO!!! 💙🌺💙
