Fannin County Board of Education

I cannot believe a school would cancel a high school theatre production for whatever controversy, but allow for an event like this to be hosted on school grounds. Continuously time and time again, I am disappointed by the leadership of my community as an alumni. It seems my community continues to promote hatefulness and right-winged ideology in places where it should not be taught (PUBLIC SCHOOLS). As a tax payer, an alumni, and a local, I am disappointed. Political events (other than polling locations), regardless of what political party it represents, should not be hosted at public schools.
