I had a water line break at the Main line from city to my line on a Friday evening at 5:00pm. after calling emergency line they came right out and got going on fixing the problem. After I headed out and came back turned out the line was buried 10 feet deep and all the guys were working on the line very late into the early morning to get my water back on. I felt bad it happened on Friday night but everyone was happy very nice and professional. I want to make sure they get recognized for doing such a great job and taking care of my water issues so quickly and professionally. The communication and support was unprecedented and fantastic.

They’ve shut down our road multiple times this year with zero notice. Our water gets turned off randomly again with zero notice. Carly Valdez makes excuses every time but never offers any solutions. She just makes problems worse.

So, the actual location on both this and on their website is extremely wrong. It shows that it is over near the courthouse and justice center. In reality it is past them over behind the apartments across the street from the justice center. To get there, you keep going, hit the stoplight before the overpass (or over the overpass depending on the way you are traveling) and turn down behind the apartments.

Over 48 hours without water, no notice from public works office that they would be shutting off our water again for construction, workers left giant holes in our yard and left in middle of the day. Public works office won’t answer phone or call me back. At this point I’m contacting lawyers.
