This place is out of control Elevators always dirty, nasty urine odor, people smoking at the main entrance. It's just very badly maintained.

These projects are some of the worst projects in NYC. Disgusting people, disgusting buildings, horrible apartments, nothing to offer anyone besides disgust. horrible police drive around and mess with hard-working people when there are actual crimes happening that they could be stopping instead they worry about, like I said hard-working people. the school of that zone is also horrible. it is a zone school with a dance team with no basketball team for the boys or anything of that nature they barely have any communication from the PTA & tenant association or anything like that it’s a very very very horrible horrible project.
