Hit and run. This driver is a psychopath who doesn’t know how to merge right and purposely steered into my mirror and then refused to pull over, a criminal offense. I hope you lose your license just like I’m sure you will lose business. Check your ego and learn the rules of the road.

GE arranged for this company to service my range. The stove top remains hot after the hot cooktop light goes out. They scheduled my appt., but the company had a cancellation and they were able to come out sooner. Kyle was my technician and he was very helpful. He called GE to ask them about the issue and it turns out to be normal for my model.

Worst, most unprofessional experience of my restating career! If you are of NON WHITE decent DO NOT calm these people !!! Racism is alive and well with them! Guy comes in, middle of the rush, makes us pull out and unplug the grill only to take off the control panel and state “Nah, I don’t feel like working on this, I’m leaving”. And walks out the door! Tried to call the owner and of course he doesn’t answer nor call back! If I could give you 0 stars I would !!!! Absolute TRASH!!!

They go to you and charge you for nothing, means they tell you there is no parts for your equipment and you end up paying about $200 for the “diagnosed” which you already know… after all the I don’t think this is a real company they are just taking your money

Absolutely horrible service. It’s literally a joke that they are called “FAST.” I called this place twice a week for 4 weeks to try to get someone to come out and fix my fryer. Every time I called they said they’d have someone out “by the end of the day” or “tomorrow at the latest” and no one ever came. I ended up using a different company.
