Try it out! I came here today for the first time and went through the drive-through. I ordered one pound of brisket, one pint of mac n cheese, one pint of banana pudding, and some sauce on the side. Total came out to like $43. The service person was maybe tired or just not overly friendly like I’m used to at other establishments. I was almost home when I thought, I should check the bag. They forgot the banana pudding so I had to drive all the way back for it. When I got home, I opened the brisket container and thought that it didn’t look like a full pound - but holy cow it definitely is way more than it looks like! The BBQ sauce is so yummy and tangy. I poured it all over the meat and it was so good. They also included a container with white onions and pickles as well as a plastic gro
Definitely an award winning BBQ restaurant. A simple small BBQ shack with indoor, outdoor dining and drive through service available. The portions are great and sides are even better! Definitely a local well kept secret that needs to be shared! The aroma in the air will raise your cholesterol levels by 2 points with happiness and delight!
Best brisket sandwich I’ve had in a long time. The meat is lean yet juicy, easy to chew and pull apart, with real flavor—not drowned out by salt. The sauce is spot-on: not spicy and not overly sweet, just a good balance that lets the brisket shine. They’ve won all those awards for a reason. The mac and cheese and coleslaw are both delicious and well done. Next time I’m definitely getting brisket by the pound to take home for a proper supper. As someone who doesn’t cook with much salt and notices it right away, I really appreciated that nothing here was heavy-handed. Excellent barbecue done right.
Great hidden gem. First time visit. Prices are decent and fair. Family pack with 1 pound of meat was around $27. Family owned. Award winning bbq. Tons and tons of trophies, ribbons, and awards to prove it. Saw one from 2022 so they are still very relevant. Brisket was amazing and the sauce was good. Inside or outside seating. Bring the family! And the turkey was very good. Will be back.
This is my first time at Fat Boys BBQ and I'm so glad I stopped by! It smelled so good walking in there, I could hardly wait to order! I didn't try any sides but the brisket and ribs! OMG!, awesome! I also loved the BBQ sauce! I am normally a Millers fan in Belton but I think my new favorite is Fat Boys! Especially the brisket! Great job, guys! I will definitely be back!
