Fat Shack

My friends and I discovered Fat Shack several months ago. Every time we go back the food is delicious and quickly served. A shout out to Kymani, who has served and greeted us either Saturdays or Sundays many times. Excellent service whether we have 3, 4 or even more guests. Then last 2 times we were served by Tyler. Kymani had talked about us to him so he knew who we were. Same great service and food. So far most of us have had the burger special with fries, but occasionally onion rings, mozzarella sticks, and chicken tenders are added to our usual order. And price is very reasonable. Order all wrong and was 121.00 for the food. We ordered 2 six piece chicken strip with fries. We were served 3 strips a piece. They did apologize and cooked the 6 they owed us, then as we are sitting and eating my son noticed tomato on his burger and he'd asked for it to be taken off when we ordered. He ate it anyways and we didn't say anything. Then my husband noticed one of our meals was supposed to come with a soda and we didn't get one. No wonder it was so slow in the place. We won't go back. That's a lot of money for them to be like so chill about messing it up. My kids first and last Fat Shack experience.

Literally ordered the food inside the store. They hand delivered it to me, as I got home they completely messed up my order we ordered 3 bbq chicken strips and a slice of mozzarella sticks. They gave use three bags of deep fried Oreos and an order of jalapeño poppers. Paid 40 dollars for the order to be completely wrong. Tried calling the store 5 times no answer worst service.

New to Colorado never heard of a Fat Shack. Found it on Uber eats. At first I thought I was ordering a combo basket. Upon further research I realized I ordered a sandwich made from the items of a combo basket. 🤦🏽‍♀️ my bad. Thought oh well probably still going to be good. Because I could cancel and still pay 25 dollars of the 30 dollar order. Or , we can see what’s up with this place. They offered a promotion if you ordered a certain amount. So I had added to my order two dessert items. This is probably the most disgusting food I’ve ever had in my life. I’m not even going to go into the details as to why. Wow, very good! We were excited to try Fat Shack because of some of the crazy sandwiches they offer. We were visiting from Colorado Springs and we loved the Fat Cow and the Fat Bronco sandwiches. The fried pickles were very good too.
