Fat Shack

Very good burger, fairly priced. Fresh and hot. Not a huge fan of fries with the weird coating, but these were pretty good. I always expect them to tast like those chemical coated abominations like the Arby's crooked fries, which are a crime against humanity. Looked like a decent variety of menu items, I was on a mission to burger, mission accomplished. Worth checking out.

First time being here, and I really liked it. It's all in the name. We dined in which I recommend. The gentleman at the counter was very nice and explained everything to us very well. I can't wait to try a different sandwich. I love the fried oreos too.

The best part of my experience was the burger. "The Classic" is a 2-patty all-American cheeseburger. (Combo meal, $14.) But even though I really like salt (it's fat free!), the patties were too salty for me. Speaking of salt, does Fat Shack know there are other seasonings for fries? My SUPER salty fries seemed to have no other seasoning. Fat Shack's management needs to take a field trip to Red Robin, to study how they season their fries. A pet peeve of mine is when you're the customer, you say "thank you", and the person *you're giving money to* says nothing. Doesn't matter if it's in the checkout line at the grocery store, or when someone brings your food to the table as happened here. I came in about a week ago and ordered a Chicken Sandwich with no pickles. I said I would eat it there, but didn't order a drink because who wants to pay $3-$4 for flavored water? So someone brings me my sandwich in a bag. I was already sitting down at a table, so I open the bag and start eating. Guess what's on the sandwich? Yup, pickles. Also the sauce they put on it tasted horrible. Customer service is definitely NOT this places forte.

My son and I went there and he had something that looks like an abomination, but it tasted absolutely amazing. It was chicken strips marinara, and french fries. I ordered the cheeseburger and it was one of the best cheeseburgers I’ve had in recent memory. It was absolutely fantastic.
