Fat Wayne's Seafood & Caribbean Restaurant

OMG... I went to this spot because it was recommended by Rick Ross... I didn't think the food would be this good but when I tell you the food was amazing it was amazing. Yes I order 2 different meals just incase 1 didn't come out good I had a fall back meal. Both was good I even got a cake, so I'll have lunch for tomorrow. The staff was also friendly I hope they don't change the staff they put they foot in this food. I have allergies so don't mind the substitution for the plantains with the broccoli.

I stopped by for take out on Friday, 9-24. There were some younger girls at the register/counter. They were engaged in a conversation & then helping a young guy with an order before they realized I hadn't been helped. I'd went & sat down by the time I was acknowledged. I ordered the conch & shrimp combo. The person who took my order said I could also get a generic soda. The food was hot & smelling good when I left. Unfortunately, I was disappointed when I got back to enjoy the meal. There was way too much breading on the conch & shrimp. I meant to take a 2nd pic of the plate after I finished. I ended up taking most of the breading off of the food. By the time I finished, the plate looked almost as full as when I'd started. The shrimp had some seasoning but the conch didn't have much/any.

I had the worst so called Jamaican food today. The two young had me stood more than 30 minutes just to bring half cold oxtail, salty oxtail and half cooked rice. Looking for 0 star reviews

What an amazing experience coming to this restaurant. I love the way they treat me. The food from Wayne's was the best cracked couch I have ever had. I absolutely loved it and I will return. Please come and get a try the best seafood in South Florida. Speaking with Wayne I realized how much he is a very talented chef.

Listen the fish and grits….omg when I say fish fried with love and grits so smooth!! This is a must try!!!!
