Fatburger

Here are my picture receipts. I was here. I came here after reading "questionable" reviews. So, now, let me tell you - nobody has the same taste buds. Like most people, I think others mostly share the same likes and dislikes with me. Could I be wrong? Yes. That being said. I ordered their turkey burger, sweet potatoe waffle fries, and the Maui banana milk shake. Well get to that in a second. FIRST - This place was cool to see on the outside. I love the design. Found parking quickly right next to the door. When we walked in, the whole staff welcomed us in sync "Welcome to Fatburger!" The staff was very pleasant and really knowledgeable about their menu. I enjoyed my visit here, the food was great. Burger well done, fries just how I like them. Not too hard or soggy at all. Definitely going back. It was their first day, pretty busy. My visit was a 8 out of 10.

The burger was great on grand opening but the fries were burnt seems like when upper management was there food was on point however my girlfriend went around 9 pm and bothe service and the food was terrible. Maybe more training , lack of urgency or quality control but if the food is your staple how would it rate on a food show if they showed up at night unfortunately Krystal burgers are better than ehat was recieved at this place when you have the younger crowd cooking with lack of customer service and quality. So you got a 3 . Tighten up guys you carry a historical reputation and it wont last long in Florida if this is the quality you are giving.

This place is like a whataburger nock off. Over priced burgers that are smaller than whataburger, if u like Stale onion rings and soggy fries this place is for u, the girl in the window told me all my condiments were inside of the bag and when i checked there was nothing. not a single ketchup pack. The burger is nothing to brag about is an inferior version of the whataburger. for the same price of $15 u can get a 1/2 burger at Fatburger, U can get a double whataburger for the same price with better ingredients. It was just truly disappointing, i don't see them lasting long.
