Fazoli's

The food was ok. The Alfredo was not very cheesy and needed some garlic. Very mid. But the worst part about this visit was the service. Both of the people that served us were not very welcoming and definitely should not be working in customer service. They would throw the food down on the table and got upset when they made an extra salad we did not order. Also, they tried to charge us for a cup of water. When they would serve the food they would put their fingers in the food. Overall, terrible experience! Food was good but need to do some more hiring for better servers.

Pleasantly surprised when we came upon this location when going to families house. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious. And those breadsticks…so good! Great customer service as well. We have always enjoyed Fazoli’s but now that they took them out of our area we usually only have it when traveling. Please bring back across the river to Ohio, specifically Clermont County.

The girl at the counter, Shelby was sweet and doing her best. But, the girl in th3 back who was yelling at her was very rude, loud and made it awkward on me and the other customer at the counter. She was yelling at Shelby to quit taking orders. There was another lady helping to get the food out. So, it made sense to take the drink order. There is a wrong amd right way to do this. Let's work on our people skills and a lot of time, its not what we say, its how we say it. The food was great.

Good place to get fast food that's normal a hamburger. I love Italian food and I like it alright. Not fine dinning but good for a fast lunch or dinner for the whole family. Prices are not too high like everyone else's in town.

Probably the worst Italian food I’ve ever had. Just awful. I can’t speak for everything they serve but what we ordered was terrible. Advice: learn how to make a healthy salad with fresh greens and healthy dressing, use real spaghetti not some cheap substitute that lumps together, don’t offer tomatoes in your pasta and only add cherry tomatoes, learn how to cook a meatball, not some marble sized hard dough ball, go to NYC and see how they make real pizza from scratch, not this frozen pizza-like substitute. You can salvage this business if you care enough.
