Braly was so nice and he make sure that you have everything you need, he even explained all the ingredients of a dish I asked very clearly.

This place was great! The food came out quickly and delicious, our waiter was very friendly, professional and upbeat! He made sure check on us regularly too for anything we might need! 10/10 this is why I'll love Fazolis again and again!

Italian fast food place that really needs better management & staffing. Conveniently located with plenty of free parking. Pretty wide selection of food choices. Overall not very flavorful. The best thing about the meal was the free breadsticks you get when dining in. The dining area was not clean at all. The tables were all sticky, as was the floor. The food was far from what I would expect. Service was very slow & careless. My husband had baked spaghetti, which he reported was practically tasteless & underdone. We had pepperoni cheese bread, which was very unimpressive. I would definitely not get that again. I had the Italian sub, which was a bit spicy. Plenty of meat & very thick. Pepsi products.

Braley at the front counter of the Georgetown, KY location is great. Super knowledgeable about the orders, professional, and intelligent so much so that he deserves some recognition.

Good place for a quick, affordable meal for anyone. Kids meal available. Clean enough inside and courteous employee behind the counter.
