Fazoli's

I wholeheartedly believe that this is one of THE best places to get pasta in Green Bay. Every time I’m in there, the food is fantastic, the employees are super sweet, and the pick up time is extremely fast! I know the area isn’t the busiest, and the store doesn’t pick up much traction, but people are missing such a wonderful opportunity to eat food here. I’ve stated to the employee who normally works cashier that it’s been my “go-to” within the past few weeks. So if this review doesn’t stated enough, check this place out if you haven’t heard of it otherwise you’re missing out.

I came through the drive-thru. The voice on the speaker was pleasant and helpful. I arrived at the window and Chloe's service was second to none! She provided a wonderful customer service experience. Thank you for hiring her. I am a satisfied customer and will return again.

I went with my husband a few days ago and wanted to let them know what a nice experience it was. Everything was clean and the food was very good. Ben waited on us and was very patient, answering all our questions. We hadn't been there in sometime, so he was a great help. Overall, we had a great time.

Stopped in at Fazoli's and was thoroughly impressed. The restaurant was spotless and well-maintained, with plenty of convenient parking—always a good sign. The staff went above and beyond with their friendly attitudes and attentive service, even offering table service multiple times to check on our meal and make sure everything was just right. I ordered the loaded triple meat ravioli, and every bite was a flavor bomb: spicy sausage, thick and crispy bacon, and gooey cheese all balanced by a rich marinara that tied it together perfectly. My daughter had the loaded Chicken Alfredo ravioli—creamy Alfredo sauce and tender, flavorful chicken made it a hit. My son devoured his spaghetti and meatballs so fast I didn’t even get a chance to ask him how it was… I’ll take that as high praise. And o

Absolutely love coming to this location for lunch and dinner. Always clean and super friendly management and staff. We use them a lot for catering as well and it is always a crowd pleaser. They deserve to be recognized as you don’t find this level of customer service anymore.
