Fenton Olde Towne Donuts

Pulled up to get some donuts after my night shift tonight, perhaps a little too early as they were closed! I started walking to back to my car, but the lovely gentleman working opened the door and let me in a little early to get a few donuts! He was so so kind and the donuts were delicious!! Thanks for letting me get my sweet treat a little early !!

We walked in about 45 minutes after they opened on a Tuesday evening. The shop itself is cute and the location is good, but the customer service and the atmosphere is seriously off. We felt unwelcome from the moment we walked in, but still bought a dozen donuts anyway. I don’t know if it’s because of our demographic or what… But from the moment we walked in, we felt unwelcome and it stayed that way throughout the entire experience. The donuts were great, but we definitely won’t be back because of that. The extra star is only because the donuts truly are good.

Very very rude employees. Should have read the reviews about the employee before coming. Walked in and was given a dirty look from behind the counter. No welcome in or greeting. Never have been here before, took some photos and called my dad and mom to see what they wanted. As I was getting what they wanted the employee came up the the case and said “I’m taking too long, wasting his time and he has things to do and doesn’t have all night”… first of all I didn’t even say anything to him prior to this. I then replied and said I’ve never been here before and was on the phone with my parents getting their order. All while being in probably 3 minutes looking at the selection. I said forget it, I’m not getting anything. And walked out and left. I’m glad I didn’t spend my money there. Go somewher

My usual Monday morning donut stop was unexpectedly closed, so I hopped on the highway and came to Fenton looking for my fix. It was well worth the drive! I'm typically more of a fan of glazed donuts vs iced ones, but the icing at this shop is really good! The maple bacon donut was the very best of that variety I've ever had. The maple icing was sweet and delicious, and the donut had a generous amount of bacon crumbles on it. It is phenomenal! Do yourself a favor and get two if they have them when you go. You won't be sorry. The carmel iced cinnamon roll was also excellent thanks to that icing. All of the donuts I had from this shop were delicious. Absolutely love these donuts. Absolutely the door of the ladies that are always there in the morning. They always have a smile on their face and a good attitude. But to be honest, they could be as mean as they want to be. I’m still going there for them donuts. Hahaha
