Fergusons Fountain Cafe

Great spot for a local breakfast. Good food, great atmosphere, lots of Hollywood history. Definitely worth a stop!

Diner dome just right. Cozy booths. Predictable menu. Had the option of one egg, two bacon and one pancake. Just right for satisfying your bacon and pancake cravings without feeling guilty for the rest of the day. Great place that maintains it's standards and tasty food. 👍

I have lived in the area since 1997 and had never been to Fergusons. My husband and I wanted to try a new breakfast spot today and decided to check out Fergusons. I absolutely LOVE old diners and this one did not disappoint! I asked our waitress, Andrea, how old Fergusons was and she told us it opened in 1941. I think it's so neat that it's still open after all of these years. Benny & Joon, Boon, and a few other movies had scenes that were filmed in the diner, which is so cool. We ordered the veggie hash and the sausage hash. They were both excellent. Two people could easily share a hash. Andrea's service was awesome and she made sure we had everything we needed and checked back with us frequently to ensure our coffee was refilled. Went in for lunch yesterday with my bride! Loved the 40's atmosphere and decor! Ordered the fish & chips along with their French dip sandwich. Both tasted amazing! Waitress was super friendly and took very good care it us! The cook came by to make sure everything was great! Will definitely go back! Parking is very limited, so we parked in the residential area two blocks behind the restaurant and walked, but it was great weather, and the walk was good after that wonderful meal!
