Fiery Kitchen Taco

How does such good food come from small food truck? I don’t know but it was FANTASTIC. My son and I ventured to the FKT on a lark, and what a great lark it was. We moved to this part of town recently, so we have enjoyed trying new spots. Some of those spots we return to and some are one and done. Fiery Kitchen Taco is a keeper and we are already making plans to return. Service is personal and quick, parking is plentiful at the dry cleaners or nearer to the truck. But you really know about the food: Burrito with Steak - tender chunks of steak, combined with all the fixings. Delicious Bang Bang Taco - perfectly cooked shrimp with a sauce with a kick. One of the best authentic and excellent tasting Mexican tacos located in the Mandarin section of Jacksonville! Staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. Perfect way to celebrate Taco Tuesday with the great $2.99 any taco special. Many other dishes await me to try on my next visit!

You must go the this food truck! Very polite people serving amazing, authentic Mexican food. I ordered the open face quesadilla, my husband got the all in burrito and I can’t remember what my daughter got. We also bought the dessert. It’s a must try! . Everything was excellent!! I can’t believe I hadn’t been to this food truck before. I will definitely be telling all of my friends to go try it.

I see the high reviews for this taco truck, so was excited to try it. Unfortunately we had a bad experience, but are willing to try it again. We were the only customers on a Sunday evening. There were three of us and It took a long time to get our food. Two of us ordered nachos (different types) and one ordered tacos. We waited under the tent for a long time. Way too long for what we ordered. We took the food to someone's house, a mile away. The nachos were terrible. It seems like it's hard for nachos to be terrible, but they were. They were SMOTHERED in a bland cheese sauce. There were very few veggies underneath (lettuce, tomato, plus the veggies that one of us had asked for as a substitute for meat). From a Mexican/American point of view, this is honestly the best Mexican food I've had in Florida. I just retired, and I was stationed in Ft Bliss, and this food truck beats many restaurants by a long shot. I can only imagine how much more they will be able to do when they get their restaurant. I had the California Burrito, and was made just right, was not salty like other places, the burrito was a little toasty, sauce inside of it was delicious and salsa taste great as well. I also had the street con and it was delicious as well.
