Fiesta Grande Brownwood

New to the place. Good service at first then waited a while to get the check. Cute place on the square. Ordered the simple grilled chicken quesadilla and for whatever reason the seasoning was way too salty and they used white cheese on top of that which intensified the saltiness. You simply cannot go wrong with this dish and it’s my go to when I don’t know what to get. What was it? The beer on the draft is actually cheap at $4 for the large glass. So yes maybe I should have gotten the beer. Margaritas on the rocks was so strong I couldn’t even finish. The only reason why this gets the crowd is because of the central location. Not sure if I’d be trying this place again when you got other places to eat on the square.

There’s a vegan section on the menu… very rare for the villages! This is the vegan enchilada plate, it was very filling! The service was amazing & food came out so fast.

We had a very good meal and experience at the Fiesta Grande Brownwood. The atmosphere is very colorful with a distinct Mexican flair. The menu features all the normal favorites and is pretty large. The food was good and to me seemed more Tex Mex than traditional. The service was friendly but not as attentive as it might have been.

Service was incredibly fast! I ordered the lunch special spicy burrito and a house margarita. The burrito was served hot and had a nice amount of cheese but the meat filling was very bland, no flavors of garlic, cumin, oregano or any other Mexican herb/spice.

Great atmosphere. Very cleaned. Also very punctual once I finished my drink to refill it. Delicious 😋 food.
