Best BBQ in Macon Ga. The Brunswick Stew is so good you dip you dip your fries in it

I’ve not been since I was a young child and knew my parents used to love it so I decided to give it a shot today. The restaurant had a very cool and cozy look but a little run down. I went to own the door which was locked (two ish hours before close) I deduced that they were drive through only but there were no signs to indicate this. Putting up a sign that says drive through only after Xpm would be very helpful. I went through the drive through which was an awkward shape but I’m not picky by any means. The menu was simple and to the point but did lack any descriptions as to what came on/with things. The lady who took my order was incredibly sweet and wholesome. I got a sweet tea, a “Super Pig” sandwich and a side of coleslaw and baked beans. The sweet tea was perfect, the slaw and beans

The food is great and the ladies that take your orders at the window are always kind and very respectful. The Tea is delicious. I always get that smoked chicken salad sandwich. Today I tried the burger it’s one of the best that I ever taste. The rib are top tier. Keith Lee and Guy Fieri come check them out. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Solid “Dirty” BBQ as I would call it. Smoked, mixed with sauce, slapped on the plate. It’s the Georgia BBQ most of us grew up eating. Place is extremely nostalgic and what you would expect. Family was so nice! Bbq was good Stew was super watery blended stew which most people love in GA. 100% recommend. Go see em!

The drive through line was long. Some customers left. but I enjoyed my meal. Maybe they'll start sending someone out to take pre-orders to speed the line up.
