This is one of the best Italian restaurants in the Boston area. Authentic family style Italian. Mario does a wonderful job and is very attentive and informative about the meals. This is a hidden gem. We had the lamb shank special with mushroom risotto outrageously good. also had the Arancini to start would recommend that. The Caesar salad is homemade dressing. It’s so good.

I highly recommend FiorItaly in Medford, MA, as the ultimate Italian dining experience. The cozy and well-designed atmosphere, complete with a wraparound bar, sets the stage for a memorable meal. They also serve wine and alcohol. The extensive menu here offers a delightful array of seafood, meats, and homemade pastas, all expertly prepared by the passionate Owner and Chef, Gabriele. Every dish we sampled was exceptional, showcasing authentic Italian flavors in every bite. Special mention goes to our waiter, Mario, whose genuine hospitality and vibrant energy enhanced our dining experience. This gem of a restaurant deserves more than 5 stars. Amazing service and such a homey welcoming atmosphere! Its rustic yet simple inside, and small, so not a ton of seating. Came for late lunch at 3pm on a Saturday to celebrate a birthday. 5 adults 1 toddler. Appetizers were good (Bruscetta and Frito Misto). I got my son ziti with butter and truffle oil. I opted for the Caprese app as my meal with the prosciutto. It was perfectly amazing! Just what I needed and I left nothing on my plate. My family had been coming here but it was my first time.
