Fire It Up BBQ

Good BBQ spot, ive been skeptical for 1.5 years of stopping in and finally decided to. 1. Great seasoning on the ribs, brisket, and wings. 2. Bleu cheeses bacon potatoe salad. Actually really good and not overwhelming in bleu cheese. 3. Mac n cheese- homemade, good cheese taste and not creamy, add some pepper to set it off. 4. Ribs- fall of the bone kind, yall know i dont like that, but....they were good. 5. Crispy skin wings, smoked and good seasoning, i had to mention that again. 6. Brisket- good smoke ring, flavor was good. Could have been a little juicier, but most everyome will like it like it was. 7. Homemade pork skins- i got the butt rub ones, not my butt rubbed, just to be clear. Great pork skins!!! Service was great and friendly staff, very helpful. Give me try, they passed my bb

We were driving from Florida back home to Michigan and stopped here to have a taste of some southern BBQ. I'll tell you right now we were not disappointed. I loved that they offered a variety of different flavored sauces at the table. And this servings, we're a good size as well. Wish this was closer to my house!

The BBQ is top notch, all the sides are quality. The smoked chicken wings are some of the best I have had. I highly recommend this place.

The food was okay. Reviews made the place seem amazing however I find the BBQ to be very mediocre. I tried just about everything on the menu and nothing really stands out. Banana pudding was also extremely disappointing, no bananas slices and only 4 wafers in a large cup. Cornbread was also very disappointing, not worth coming back to this place.

Brisket sandwich is very good. Great marble and salt ratio with the pepper. The hot BBQ is HOT but not over powering. I would stick with the traditional BBQ. The pickles were a nice touch.
