Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

Aneesah did an amazing job taking care of us at table 52 around 8pm on Friday night previous the snow storm madness. It had been a while since we’d had a proper Firebirds dining experience. My husband used to manage one of these franchises for years and has always loved the brand, and for me Firebirds was our “safe place” whenever we didn’t know where to eat. Unfortunately, our last four experiences at other locations had been disappointing, so we stopped going for a while… but this new spot on Hull Street proved us wrong. We came on a very busy Friday night with no reservation; party of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids). We were quoted 1.5 hours and my husband joked they gave us “Firebirds time” 😉. Staff was excellent, food was flavorful and delicious. Lobster and spinach Queso dip was amazing. Chicken pasta had great flavor. Ribs fell right off the bone. And the seasonal salmon with lobster Queso over grits and asparagus was amazing. The seasonal cherry bread pudding was also very tasty. If you haven't been to a FIREBIRDS yet, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?

Wow!! We got to come for the soft opening and had an AMAZING experience. The waitstaff was all attentive and met our needs before we even thought to ask. Our server Debbie gave great tips and made sure we were well taken care of. The food was delicious and we enjoyed all of our appetizers and entrees. The mint condition was our favorite mocktail. Thank you for a wonderful meal!!

Amazing food , amazing service , everyone is friendly & it’s so clean in there . Love it. We a family of 4 enjoyed it . And remember everyone firebirds really have a super Service & standards , so please tip your server GOOD !!!

We were a group of 6 for dinner, our server was fantastic. I got the Roasted garlic sirloin asked for Med, it was more med rare but thats was ok because it was delicious! So were the mushrooms and fries. We also had 3 different apps. The Ahi tuna, the deviled eggs Lobster spinach queso. My husband has the shrimp and grits he did not like it very much. Our friend had the steak penne had said it was lacking flavor. His wife had the Ahi tuna superfood salad she ate it all so I think she liked it. Other friends shared the filet. They said it was ok. The atmosphere is not as loud as latitudes so that was a plus. I would definitely get that steak again probably the best I ever had.
