Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

From the second we walked through the front door, I knew that the vibe in this restaurant was exactly what we were looking for. The bar was set up in a way that was honestly breathtaking. Each drink, including many mocktails were photo-worthy even the music playlist was such a calm And catchy vibe. I couldn’t get over how big the portion sizes were especially for how reasonable the prices are. When you order a martini, they shake it and pour it right in front of you at the table to add to the showmanship. I finished my meal with a seasonal Cherry chocolate bread, pudding with ice cream that was delicious. The server took great care of us. Hands down the best meal we have had in awhile and arguably the best pork chop I have ever had! Every one of us (5 total) cleaned our plates and would return again in a heart beat! Ribs were fantastic, kids raved about their chicken tenders and Mac and cheese. Dirty Martini was delicious and even the fresh baked bread was amazing. The best part- we ate at outback the night before and our bill was cheaper at firebirds for a meal 100 times better!!! Don’t miss this place- topping it all off was one of the best servers we have encountered anywhere- attentive to our kids, and so nice and knowledgeable about the menu and meal prep.

We previously lived near the Pembroke Pines location and were frequent customers. When we moved to this area, we were happy to find out there was one nearby. The menu and concept are the same, but the flavor does vary a bit. The tortilla soup doesn’t taste the same as the Pembroke Pines one it’s good, but not quite the same. Also, the tortillas used for the steak tacos are different; unfortunately, they fall apart easily, which makes the tacos hard to eat. We still really enjoy the place overall, but it would be great if they could maintain the same quality across locations. That said, the service is always excellent!!! our bartender is consistently amazing.

All I can say is DELICIOUS! We were staying in a hotel nearby and decided to try this local spot. They had a 3 course meal for $40USD and honestly we found that super reasonable. I got chilli, the steak and bread pudding and I cannot believe of how amazing each and every dish was. This was probably one of my favourite restaurant meals of all time! (I’m not joking!!) Everything was hot, fresh and literally YUM. The steak was cooked to absolute perfection, I literally couldn’t eat it all and had it for breakfast the next day and even after a quick nuke in the microwave it was still melt in your mouth. If I ever come back to Fort Lauderdale or you’re in the area, PLEASE GO!

What a wonderful first visit we had to Firebirds wood fired Grill, Dania Beach. Rolando was wonderful. As our first visit we did the three course meal! We had the chicken and the beef! Both were cooked perfectly, and the flavors were amazing. We were equally impressed with the delicious salad and chili and the amazing crème brûlée, cheesecake and bread, pudding desserts. We will be back! Thank you!
