Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

This restaurant has been on our ' should try' list for awhile. Finally made it to Firebirds Wood Fired Grill. Glad we did. A pleasant surprise. Despite a very busy Friday evening ( arrived during Happy Hour - the restaurant was 'packed')...we had a wonderful dinner and dining experience. If on your ' should try' list...you should try it. You may also be surprised.

Very good food, steaks are very good and they have a great selection. Good choice of appetizers. Beer menu is a little thin on choices.service is awesome, very courteous, prompt and efficient. Was crowded on my visit so noise level was very high. We had a reservation, which i would recommend during holiday seasons.

I had the best time last Saturday night！So much that I had to come back and comment on my experience. I sat in the bar area at a table by the fireplace, which was so cozy! Our server Shannon was so attentive and made amazing suggestions for every part of our meal. My wife and I will definetly be going back and asking for her. She was professional, polite, and so sweet! We both got a filet that was cooked perfectly and they have planty of side options.

The meal was excellent and the service was great! My wife and I started with a couple of bar drinks. I ordered the sea bass with ancient grains and asparagus while my wife ordered the prime rib with baked potato. Her prime rib was initially delivered over cooked, and when our waiter came to check on us, within minutes of the food arriving, just as we had taken our first bites, he was able to get her feedback about her steak and replaced it. A new Prime Rib arrived, perfectly cooked, before I completed my meal, which was appreciated because I was concerned I'd finish my meal before she could start on her steak. The atmosphere was very peaceful accommodating and cheerful, once served the food was very good and we enjoyed our evening! Very pleasant experience overall and I will consider returning very soon !
