Firehouse Subs Bentonville

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Firehouse Subs in Bentonville absolutely delivered today. The New York Steamer(s) came out hot, stacked, and perfectly built — layers of tender corned beef and pastrami wrapped in beautifully melted provolone, all tucked inside soft, fresh bread that held its structure without overpowering the sandwich. Every bite was warm, savory, and balanced. The pickle spear was crisp and bright — that clean snap that cuts through the richness just right. Even the baked BBQ chips were flavorful and satisfying without feeling heavy. Service was quick, friendly, and welcoming. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and easy to relax in. When a place gets the details right — temperature, texture, freshness — you notice. This location did. Definitely worth the stop. We’ll be back.

I usually enjoy firehouse subs but this visit was a letdown. I ordered a hook and ladder and the deli meat was dry and flavorless with barely any turkey in the sandwich. Definitely not up to the usual Firehouse standard.

I’m not one to give bad reviews, but after ordering from this place the last few times on Uber Eats, I’ve had my last straw. They sent me two sandwiches that were black from being burnt, and then sent my kid’s grilled cheese made with the two butt ends of the loaf that were also burnt. The grilled cheese was also shoved into the box to make it fit. Sad that they’d do that when they know they would never give that to you in person. The workers there clearly lack integrity.

Staff is always polite and the sandwiches were fine. Sometimes the coke machine makes the drinks taste a bit off. And the restroom could use more attention, please. Also, being a restaurant themed for firemen, one side of the place has 2 front doors locked because they are broken...which is against the fire code, maybe? I hope someone looks into that.

My husband is a fireman and took the boys for the first time to dinner and the grilled cheese was two pieces of bread and a SINGLE piece of dried out American cheese. It literally just fell open. Not melted. Not hot. Not acceptable. So we made him chicken nuggets and was very upset.
