Firehouse Subs Big Curve

If I could put a 0 I would. This sandwich I just got is not even edible. It looks like someone else’s order that they scraped stuff off of. Not only is the sandwich soggy but so is the box. The bread is so soggy it ripped in multiple places. You owners need to start taking accountability for patrons being served low quality crap for outrageous prices. I just wasted $45.00 of my hard earned money on 4 sandwiches that look like they were yesterday’s dog scraps. None of the sandwiches are made as ordered and to top it off even the pickle is soggy. I’m glad they didn’t bother to give us the extra one we ordered. I will never step foot in another firehouse sub and wouldn’t even recommend this place to people I don’t like!

Got the Hook and Ladder without mustard. It was DELICIOUS! I've eaten at Firehouse before but this one was the best! We were passing through Yuma and it was out of the way but I had a coupon so we went. How happy we are that we did! In fact, we're planning to go back the next time we're in Yuma.

Treated terrible will not order food from there again. The receipt says 1 of 1 so no one should have assumed we had to look for a 2nd bag. And the treatment I got when I let them know we were missing a sandwich was awful. I have always treated people with respect I would have thought that I would get that same treatment returned. Instead I was made to feel that we were dumb and should drive the 60 miles round trip for one sandwich. We are out the cost of the sandwich and chips and were treated terrible thanks firehouse.

Amazing subs, excellent portion sizes and options. Love the information on the cups and the atmosphere. Their charitable programing was enough for to me stop in for a visit as a first responder myself, but the food will keep me coming back
