Firehouse Subs Bridgerland Square

My sandwich was prepared perfectly! It was like a work of art, and it was sooooo delicious!! I had the Hook & Ladder. Smoky meats, melty cheese, fresh veggies, and a sweet but zesty deli mustard that ties it all together. The large is so big that I could have easily taken half home for another meal! If you don't already have the app, I recommend it. We ate here for a long time without it, but finally downloaded it a couple years ago. It's amazing how quickly the points build up to redeem for free items. And the app exclusive deals have been awesome. The one we used tonight was 2 large subs for $20 which is a really good deal!

I've been here twice in the last couple weeks. Dude, it's pretty good!! Tried one with turkey and ham. The ham had a good flavor to it. The brisket cheddar was real good. I was surprised at the flavor in the brisket!! Tasty! The pepperoni meatball sub was good too. The staff are nice. It's a cute little place. Fireman theme. I guess I didn't put that together with the name🤣🤣 Great little sub shop. Most combos are about 12 bucks, or you can get a small sandwich for 6. Good place!

The food was ok, it great. The restaurant was really dirty! Things in disrepair, things broken. There was a toddler walking around where the food is prepared. Ice maker broken. The drink dispenser had stains from drink coloring everywhere. It really was discusting. I can’t recommend.

Sharing my daughter's experience from tonight...She ordered through doordash for delivery. " I ordered a brownie and it was completely missing, I said no tomato add bell pepper and olives on my sandwich and my husband said no tomato or onion. All of that was completely disregarded and my husband didn't even get the correct sandwich"

Stopped by for lunch and the food was delicious! Jaime was so helpful and accommodating at the register with our big order! The food came out quickly considering the large crowd there! I will say, there were OUTRAGEOUS amounts of mayo on our sandwiches. We opened our boxes and mayo was smeared all over our sandwich wrapper, the bread was soggy because of the sauce, and mayo was dripping out of our sandwiches as we ate them. Maybe ask for less mayo when ordering.
