Firehouse Subs Crain Highway Retail Center

I decided to stop by Firehouse Subs today since I was craving a quality sandwich, and it did not disappoint. I ordered a large ham and Swiss sub with salt, pepper oil, and oregano—and it was absolutely delicious. The bread was soft and fresh, the meat was perfectly warm, and the flavors blended together really well. You could tell everything was made to order rather than sitting around. My order was ready in about 10 minutes. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the restaurant itself was clean and welcoming. The only downside to my visit was that one of the drink machines was out of order, and the other didn’t have any Coke products available, which was a bit disappointing. The food is always fresh, hot, and made perfectly, but what really keeps us coming back is her service. Lourdes is consistently welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cares about making sure we’re taken care of. She checks in, makes sure everything is right, and does it all with such a positive attitude. You can tell she takes pride in her work and wants customers to leave happy. It’s rare to find someone who makes a place feel that comfortable and appreciated, but Lourdes does exactly that. I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Firehouse Subs thanks to Kevin. From the moment I stepped up to order, he was incredibly patient and kind, even though I hadn’t fully made up my mind yet. He never rushed me and made sure I felt comfortable taking my time. He was also very sweet and respectful toward my son, which meant a lot to me as a parent. Kevin truly represents the highest level of customer service and efficiency. At one point, when someone was ready to continue making the subs, he kindly asked them to hold on because I wasn’t finished deciding yet.
