Firehouse Subs Eagle Harbor

I come here often and some employees even greet me by my name when I walk in. I always order a gluten-free sub and it's very delicious. Especially when most gluten-free bread is horrible, Firehouse has a great one!! They are as friendly and fast as possible here and they deserve the praise. Thank you and ill be back next week!!

It was a takeout order so the atmosphere wasn't overly important other than it seemed everyone was enjoying their meal. The service was super good, had everything prepared and ready. Very friendly on both entrance and exit from store. The sandwiches were delicious and prepared correctly, even with several adjustments on each. Everything was fresh and enjoyable to eat.

They make things right. My mom had a mobile order and we live a few minutes away, mistakes happen and they missed the double meat on my sub but they offered to remake it and even snuck a cookie in my bag. I work across the street and they will have my business for the great service ☺️ I love to see it

You order on the app and still have to wait at least 15 minutes past the pick up time. It's happened the last 3 times. Today for example, pick up time was 1:10 and I got my food at 1:30. And they would not allow me a refund.

Won't be back. Couldn't get his name but he had glasses long black hair and a very poorly maintained beard. He couldve definitely taking some customer service tips from the clearly new trainee. Just tried to get my toddlers sandwich cut in half. The lady was more than willing too. He jumped in said it was against policy. I understand. The lady then goes out of her way to bring us a plastic knife. Me my wife and oldest kid proceeded to hear the guy in question talk disrespectfully about guests and their pick up order. Ranging from making fun of their names to how they looked when they came in for the order. Not sure if he's a manager or anything but definitely shouldn't be If he is. His demeanor towards guests was frankly appalling. Worst time I've had at any firehouse location
