Firehouse Subs Fuquay Varina

I’ve come here multiple times, have had the same experience. Seems like a bunch of a kids running a pretty known business. They don’t have the order ready when the order was placed 30 minutes ago. Been at the restaurant waiting for 30 as well. None of them pay any mind or keep anything professional. They all just seem confused and untrained. All I ordered was a meatball sub. And keep in mind this place is empty. So I wouldn’t call this busy on a Friday night. Just got my food and they forgot I was in there.

★☆☆☆☆ I ordered a Medium grilled chicken breast sub today at Firehouse Subs, 1303 N Main St, Fuquay-Varina, NC, and was thoroughly disappointed. The sub was disturbingly slimy, and the chicken was severely undercooked—an unacceptable lapse in food preparation. This shocking experience starkly contrasts with the quality I’ve come to expect from Firehouse. The meal was frankly inedible, and I am deeply dissatisfied. Regrettably, this will be my final visit. A truly disheartening experience from a place I once trusted.

Ordered delivery and the Uber driver had stops before mine and all my food was cold. The cup of Loaded Potato Soup was all broth and the crackers had more flavor than the soup😡 French Dip was very salty and not worth $16.00 for an under portioned small sandwich! Asked for NO pickle and one was included and put in the same container as my sandwich. Made my sandwich have that nasty pickle taste!🤢🤮Terrible experience!! UPDATE: Jessica, guest services, I read your response and thanks for wasting my time and yours by just repeating my complaints without offering solutions. Obviously this location has no clue about customer satisfaction at any level. I won’t be back but will be sure to share this experience!

Absolutely delicious! Firehouse Subs here in Fuquay Varina has been our go to place for great tasting subs. We don’t even bother going or ordering from anywhere else. Quality food that’s fresh and delicious! Thanks!
