Firehouse Subs Gallatin

Good grief it was sooo good. I had the seasonal Thanksgiving Turkey Sandwich. Roasted Turkey, dressing, cranberries and mayo on white bread. Generous portions. Tasted like leftover Thanksgiving sandwich. Yumm. Hubs had the New York Steamer sandwich. Wow was it loaded. Again generous. Pastrami, corned beef and a bunch of other toppings. He said it was also good. We will be back. Service: I gave it a 3* rating because the young lady that was behind the counter talking orders might have been new. It seemed she could have used help but wouldn’t ask. Getting through the ordering process was painful. Thankfully, our order was accurate. The concept of a firehouse is soo cute and very well executed.

Food is okay, have gotten a few burnt sandwiches and messed up orders. Me and my husband come here often, and the service has only gotten worse with time. It's almost impossible to communicate your order to the staff and have them enter it in correctly, and when they do, the food often comes burnt or is missing items. It takes upwards of fifteen minutes to get your food going through the drive through, and expect to spend more time if there is a car ahead of you. We have also had a couple rude encounters with some of their younger employees. Please do better.

the food here is always good but the workers were so rude! I asked for fries and a side of malt vinegar, which might not be common in tennessee culture but it’s common in other places and as i said that in the drive through i can hear through the mic someone yelling “she wants vinegar with her fries?” someone i don’t even know, very rude and i just wanted my food. i love coming here but i don’t like when my experiences are bad and the workers are judging someone’s order, especially because it’s not their order!

Horrible horrible can I say it again horrible service. I ordered at drive thru , pulled around 1 car in front of me. About 7-8 months later it’s my turn to pull up. Lady says my order; which was incorrect. She then asked do the car in front of you pull off. I said there was only one car in front of me when I pulled around and you took care of them. She then asked what I ordered which I proceeded to tell her. She acted very confused but apparently finally found it and told me my total. I paid and the. Proceeded to wait for my ONE (1) sandwich that’s it! I then sat there waiting, at which point employees appeared to be there like. One had any clue of what was going on. One lady(worker) had a compact morrow out actually fixing her hair and doing her makeup. Clearly in view of the d

Ordered a Phily steak. Bread was soggy and the meat was extremely salty! This was the 2nd and last time that I will eat here! I thought I would give them a second chance because they opened a location near my house. Terrible food!
