Firehouse Subs Greenwood

The presentation was lack luster. It looked like my bread had been through something. But the taste was ok.$ 11.22 for this combo is a bit much. I would say not really a bang for your buck. There are some better local options. But this will do in a pinch.

Ordered an Italian sub, had one slice of ham on it. Brought it back up and the employee said he would fix it. Brought it back out 5 min later and his manager told him he couldn’t fix it. Pathetic and sad sandwich and shocked the manager would have done that. Very poor service and I’ve been to a lot of firehouse subs. First bad experience

The sub was soggy and the bun was split in half. The steak and cheese was really salty to taste. No I didn't add salt to it. This was a take out order. I was not impressed with the meal.

I stopped eating here a long time ago but my friend wanted to eat here so I thought I would give them another shot. Now I remember why this place sucks so bad. Manager and employees customer service is horrible. When my order was wrong they started arguing with me about what I ordered. I think I should know what I ordered. When I asked them to make the sandwich I ordered, they argued with me and wanted to charge me more. Poorly run restaurant. Manager was no help. Corporate office needs to step in and revamp this restaurant.

Big fan of Firehouse and visit regularly. Was looking forward to the Thanksgiving sandwich. What was on the sandwich tasted ok but there was very little (maybe one thin layer) turkey and dressing. With the large bun the bread to content ratio was poor. Not so with Hook and Ladder and Bacon Ranch Turkey. Will be back but not for the Thanksgiving sandwich.
