Firehouse Subs Harbourview

I knew it was to good to be true. While traveling a few days ago eat at firehouse sub for the first time. Now back in Virginia tried the location habourview Suffolk. VERY DISAPPOINTING. WE ordered Thanksgiving sandwiches combo and Italian combo it was delivered with NO DRINKS,NO CHIPS AND NO CRANBERRY SAUCE ON SANDWICH. They just threw it together. While eating the Thanksgiving sub bite into a long string of hair I AM SO DISGUSTED been trying to call the store for 20 minutes straight line busy. Either phone is off the hook or someone just kicked back talking on it. Finally spoke with Carlos the manager the nect day. He was so nonchalant saying contact the delivery people.I told him what does the delivery people have to do with hair in my sandwich. So disgusting!! People don't have

Highly disappointed!!! Won't come back to firehouse! $13 for a medium sub that was so small and barely had any meat on it! What a rip off!

Why do the employees of this establishment turn off all signage to deter customers from coming into the building to order. This picture was taken at 7:30PM and the business doesn’t close until 9PM, I’m sure the owner wouldn’t appreciate customers being fooled and loss of money.

I ordered a medium sub. Not worth the $10. Cucumber is in chunks. No cheese or mayo on it (I ordered). Had tomato, which I didn’t order. Old lettuce.

Waited to long for my food and they were not busy. And it was over cooked. The reception was cold and unfriendly. No thank you , just felt like I was an inconvenience. I never post bad reviews because everyone has a bad day. But this the 3rd visit with the same results.
