Ordered an online pick up order, went to the incorrect store to pick it up, drove across town to get my order and it had been given away. Had to argue with the lady that "i believe you when you say 'well we made it.' But I didnt get it, and here's where I paid for it. May I please get my food?" I didnt get everything that I ordered because they were out of stock of some things after someone else got my initial order. I totally get that this stuff happens, but how the staff handles things is key. This is my first time ever going to a firehouse subs and I wont ever go back.

April was super helpful and most pleasant. This was my first time here. I got a medium Italian sub. Thank you April for the menu and for being so nice.

I ordered my sandwich via the app. I was driving home from Nashville. I ordered the sandwich when I was about 40 minutes out, and set the time for pickup. I could have waited till I was closer and ordered it as an ASAP pickup. But, I had stopped to get gas, and thought I would just put the order in while I was there. Pickup went fine, but I noticed when I took the sandwich box out of the sack...it wasn't warm. Or anywhere close to warm. There was a tag attached to it. The tag indicated the order time, and not the pickup time. So, I am not sure what happened, whether it was a glitch with the app, or something on the restaurant's side. But...I am guessing it had been sitting there for a while. It had been a drive, and I was tired and just wanted to get home, so I didn't bother with going b
