Firehouse Subs Innsbrook

The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly, but most importantly the sandwich was absolutely amazing! I like sandwiches a lot and eat them at many different places and locations and the Hook and Ladder sub I had here is very possibly in the running for the best sandwich I have had all year. It was practically a work of art. The proportions of meat, veggies and condiments was dead on so every single bite tasted amazing! I even went up to the counter and told them this before I left. It’s hours later and I’m still thinking of that sandwich!

I placed a delivery order and tried to contact the store for special instructions (as directed) 3 calls and no answer, yet they confirmed the order and started preparing it. DD finally canceled it for me because the store wouldn’t even answer the phone for them either. The store took a loss, good job management. You prepared an order that you ultimately had to waste because you didn’t want to answer the phone.

Ridiculous - service is awful. So sad because the sub was not bad. Not great but edible. Service was a joke. They actually said they were not taking any orders at the time. But that was after I had ordered and paid so... There was no obvious reason why staff was "behind" or did not want to serve diners

I got a Club on a Sub. the place has really nice interior, and staff that are really welcoming. The food is a little expensive but it's worth it. the Mac and cheese can be better.

The men are handsome first thing!! Who make the sandwiches ..are they firemen!!! Mmm 🤤..anyway the meatballs on the subs are tasty fresh and delicious.. I will be returning.. they even have outdoor seating I think.. 🤔 cannot remember but check them out!!
