Firehouse Subs Jonesboro

I have eaten at this sandwich shop multiple times and it has always been good. They have a nice variety of sandwiches, even some seasonal ones, and they always load them with meats. The sandwiches are always fresh and I have never had an issue with my orders. Ordering online or using the app allows some deals and you earn points toward free stuff plus you can order ahead and it's ready when you arrive. It can be a bit pricey but outside that it's good.

I ordered the Italian sub, my food from the app to go. Went in to get it and everything was fine and on time. Once I started eating it about half way into the sandwich and long blonde/brown hair was inside the sandwich… I pulled it out and tried to give them benefit of doubt and not get sick considering I spent $12 on it. When I was almost done with the sandwich there were 2 hairs. One was almost tangled up inside and in the melted cheese. Not sure how that happened. I’ve never had this experience at a firehouse subs and I go there quite a bit. I can see maybe 1 hair on accident but when there are 2 or 3 and melted into the cheese… that’s nasty. Whoever the employee is with this with blonde/brown hair though at southwest drive…. You need to put your hair in a net because you’re causing you

They were busy. We waited almost 40 minutes for.an online order . I was excited to try the big Cuban. All I got was meat and sauce. Where's the yummy slaw and spicy pickles? This is just we8rd mush

My container that my food was in was on the dirty side from some type of red sauce from someone's hands. Didn't really like the sandwich. The one by the NEA hospital is better.
