Firehouse Subs Lake Mary

Great service, fantastic food, and excellent hat care! An amazing place to stop and get a good sandwich, and to warm up from the freezing cold. Plus they took great care of my hat while I was away from work! -Wizard of Office Depot

Usually a good place to go for good subs. Rarely do we have an order wrong and if it is they fix it very quickly and apologize. Today was the Medium BBQ Cuban sub and Medium Firehouse Hero. Both were cooked correctly and came out fairly quickly. Their app isn't the best but certainly not the worst, that's not this store's fault. However, they always seem to put new people on the register who don't know how to redeem free stuff on the app.Be prepared to wait a little longer for a more experienced worker to come to the rescue. This is also another place that asks for a tip before you get your food. Places really need to stop this process. If I am going to tip it is because of the good service, not because I think I might get good service. I took off a star for that, the floors were dirty

Last time at this firehouse! I called to speak with the manager Sarah as my sub was missing meat. I’ve been here several times and had minimum complaints but never addressed them but this time I’m done! She said that they weigh the meat which they may but not this time, I guess she saying I’m lying and they can’t skip weighing. My sub was basically not toasted, small amount of meat and forgot to add banana peppers as I asked and on receipt. She said that I could bring back and they would remake, but I didn’t want to wait until I got off to take a sandwich back, I will take the loss but never again. And they were busy so they could have just eyeballed the meat instead of weighing it, no excuse when people are spending their hard earned money!!

I came in asking questions about the sandwichs. I asked for a sandwich and only asked them to keep one thing off of it which is bacon and then the cashier coworkers comes over tried giving me what I did not want stating its cheaper if you do it this way when I just wanted what I order and I made it very simple by asking for one item off of it. If someone comes in and says they want something dont try to make a choice thinking they care more about the prices then what they want. But that was not the only thing that really irritates me about the service of this store. The cashier thought she was slick and flipped me off pretending she was just itching her nose using her middle finger. Do not hire minors if they are not mature enough for a job.
