Firehouse Subs Merritt Island

This place is near and dear to my heart. I remember when they opened this restaurant over 20 years ago. We used to go then and eat up all the hot sauces as a teen. I went in the other day and had a large hook and ladder sandwich. It was fantastic. They still have hot sauces up in the counter and you can even buy them by the bottle. Definitely give this place a try when you’re in Merritt Island.

Dylan, is AMAZING! After a long hard day at work, Dylan always greet with a smile and he's very polite, we all have bad days at work but he is so professional he NEVER show a bad day! Very helpful and polite!! Way to go Dylan! Keep up the great work!!

The gentleman who advertises for them always makes me smile! Their food is always freshly made to my request and is served promptly. I usually order takeout but will sometimes change my mind and eat there. This day I did eat in. While I was there the gentleman who advertised for them came in and said hi to me. I felt important! He makes me smile.

The staff and service here are amazing, not really happy with the website not allowing you to just sign in with an account I've already created with the company. Feels like I'm being farmed. Yay... data mining terms of service, privacy, blah blah blah. Also the Ai help chat bot only forces you to create an account to solve all issues.

I came in and went to the counter. The girl who approached me was maybe 16-17 she didn’t say a word she just stared at me. I’ve never been here before so I was confused if this was where I was supposed to go. She just stared at me for a minute before I asked if this was where I was supposed to be she said “ya” and took my order. I felt very uncomfortable and the whole thing was very uncanny. I felt super awkward. No one greeted me. No one talked to me. The whole experience was very horrible. Don’t be in customer service if you’re not a people person. Her and the girl with dark hair and glasses just kept staring. I had to pass the lady with glasses to look at the sauces and I said “oh sorry excuse me” and she didn’t say a word. She just stared at me, as well. Am I an alien.
