The hook and ladder sub tasted much better than the same type of sub at the other place I used to go to. The manager was extremely helpful with helping me place my online order and entering my promo code, which I totally messed up. He was busy and I appreciate him taking the time to help place my order.

The two employees that were on shift should have had supervision. They could not answer any questions, did not attempt to answer any questions, did not offer to try to get answers to our questions and moved with no sense of urgency. The female shuffled back and forth as if she had no concern how long it took to prepare our order. The food, however, was delicious and we will eat here again just hopefully there will be a responsible adult working at the time

This has never happened and I know for sure they were short. However, the system they had was not working. With that being said, my mother and I waited 1.5 hours and as they fell more and more behind, they continued to work the register instead of make subs. Definitely not the smarted decision. THEN I got my sub and it had disgusting mayonnaise on it. The young kid with black hair wasn't helping the lady. Then he disappeared to the bathroom and never returned. Never again

Stopped in for lunch with the wife while we were in the area for a car show. Food was great as always and the dinning area and restrooms were clean. Employees were polite and friendly.

This would be a great place to open up a sub shop! This is the third time I have stopped in here and they have not had the ingredients for the Thanksgiving turkey sub whoever manages this shop should be demoted to floor mopper and let somebody else take care of the inventory!
