You can definitely tell this business is under new ownership and new management. So many wonderful improvements have been made and I’m impressed to be honest. The new manager is just a sweetheart. I come often on my lunch break and see them working tirelessly to get the food out to everyone. My food is alway made just right and I don’t normally have to wait an extreme amount of time. You guys hard work does not go unnoticed and I appreciate you always being so polite and professional to me. I know how rude and hateful the public can be. I also know how everyone is always so quick to complain but never offer a compliment. Keep up the great work.

I got here at 10am the time they open and sat in the car 5 min. Just so they wouldn't seemed rushed. They was in there but they wouldn't unlock the door for us. I've heard about them opening an hour later then scheduled but on today when ppl busy trying to get something quick... that's crazy to not open. They just need to clause down since this is how they do business.

Traveling home from the beach, stopped in this location with my Dad & his wife for lunch and experienced the employee I dealt with going above and beyond. She noticed and tended to my multiple needs without me even asking… Everyone was also very friendly & clean facility and of course, as always, my Hook & Ladder was fab!!! I highly recommend this location. Thanks for making our travel dining a great experience!

I stopped by firehouse because I always eat firehouse in my hometown and was out of city. I came to this one. My husband and I ordered our food, Large Italian no onion and a medium steak and cheese. Not only did we have to wait over an hour to get our sandwiches, we were given a small steak and cheese and a medium random sandwich WITH ONIONS. We waited over an hour for 2 wrong sizes AND a whole wrong sandwich. I tried to call this store to rectify the situation and their phone number online is either wrong or they turned the phone off because it kept saying call failed. I highly DO NOT recommend this firehouse. All the other ones I’ve been to - phenomenal. This one was absolutely terrible.

Stopped here on a road trip because I usually love Firehouse. I got a turkey and mayo, turkey was awful. I’m not sure if they are using low quality turkey now, but not good AT ALL. The people that work there didn’t say hi, just “for here or to go?” Clean bathrooms though. $18 for turkey and mayo with a drink.
