Firehouse Subs River Oaks

Delivery: "Instructions: Please put Lettuce, Tomato and condiments on the side. Thank you!" As some of my employees are allergic to tomato's. This was not done! When I called, I asked to speak to the manager, all of a sudden, the associate pretended she couldn't hear me. I called back, same thing. Then I called from my business phone and asked, "Can you hear me?" she said, "yes I can", I told her Good, let me speak w/ your manager. The shift lead that came to the phone was not helpful at all. Her response was "well sorry it didn't print out on my end." So now I have to go purchase those employees something else to eat after spending $80 on this order. As a General Manager of 35 yrs, I know what good customer service is, and that is not what I received from this location! I will

Salads are placed in their sandwich boxes. Not much salad for the price. If you go, stick with what they know, sandwiches. But kudos for them offering it. Also, their coke machine spits out too much carbonated water with the syrup and is not properly balanced. Been like this over a year, and not good. Maybe they're trying to save money on syrup. People are nice, good service.

Traveling with austistic children can be a trial. At Firehouse Subs you and your children know what your meal will taste like. The staff was so patient with the kids. Kudos to all of rhe workers!

Firehouse has always been a favorite but walked in Sunday night at 7:15 to place a take out order.... would have greatly appreciated a heads up we were in for a 30 min wait because of all the orders ahead of us. Staff could have done a better job managing expectations.

Chill was really good. Wife loves Italian sub. Bread is fresh and soft. We had really good experience. Ordered on line and order was waiting on shelf when I arrived. Will definitely be back.
