Firehouse Subs Salem

The subs are really good here. It's a little pricey for a sandwich, but it was a really good sandwich. I like the decor and staff was friendly. They take donations for fire fighters. I would choose this sub place over some of the other chains if given the chance.

Today at around 345 to 4pm my husband and I went to your establishment for a quick meal. Upon arrival there was no customers inside. There was a man behind the counter who was on the phone, even being on the phone he could have greeted and or said I'll be right with you. My husband goes to the counter to try and place an order and the man still didn't pick his head to acknowledge him. Then a lady whose name is Angelina came out the bathroom and went behind the counter and started cooking. He then again went up to order our food and he nor she acknowledge him. At this point two more associates walk in and also go behind the counter, I this time go up to the counter to place the order. After standing there for a minute, I ask is someone going to take our order. Angelina says he is on the pho

Store was very busy ordered three subs, then realized I earned a free sub so made another order , they had both orders ready in no time even with the place being packed with customers!! They are on top of it at this store!!!I am from a middle class family on limited income so I use the app. to earn points for free food once in a while. This is a treat for us!

Food was delicious , over all everything is well put together and I love their subs .

Great Firehouse. They're all amazing, I prefer them to most other sandwich shops, great mission statement, good food, hard to beat! Staff was friendly, clean restroom, good selection
